corresponds to the relevant maintenance item.
6. CONCLUSIONS
The Association is proposing to undertake the following work on the hall: -
e Maintenance work estimated to cost $148,000
e Upgrade work to kitchen, toilets and entries estimated to cost $216,000
e Total estimated project cost $384,000, including $20,000 Contingencies/
Overheads with a project completion time of 6 months
e Approximate value of in-kind support estimated to be 40% of project cost
($154,00), hence Council support/Grants required to the value of
approximately $230,000
