Risks & Opportunities
This report has already noted the opportunity to improve WHS levels for tech staff via the vertical
mast lift, the current project risk caused by the non-compliant fire booster pump at BCC and
Noosa FM’s inability to meet their lease terms.
Outside of these matters, this report does not propose any new actions or activities which would
shift risks or opportunities beyond the current levels encountered as part of the day-to-day
operations of the facilities.
