Councils 2020 Koala Habitat Areas mapping reflects the State koala mapping, identifying “core koala
habitat” area (green shading) in the northern patch on the subject land (refer Extract H).

With reference to Council’s glossy black-cockatoo sighting mapping 10, the subject land lies within an
area that is not considered to be of importance for glossy black-cockatoo. Areas to the north and east
(i.e. shaded areas) are considered to be of value for this species (Extract I).
