2.7 Council Mapping
Under the 2020 Noosa Plan, the land is partly zoned Tourist Accommodation (orange shading) and
Recreation and Open Space (green shading) (refer Extract F).

Under Noosa Plan 2020, parts of the subject land are identified (Extract G) as “Areas of Biodiversity
Significance” (green shading). These include patches in the north and along the eastern boundary.
The patch in the very north is mapped as “MSES Environmental Values” (stippling) (note: this
represents the State koala habitat area/remnant vegetation referred to above).
