6.1    SOUTH EAST QUEENSLAND REGIONAL PLAN

The site is identified within the South East Queensland Regional Plan as being within the Urban
Footprint. A review of the applicable provisions of the Regional Plan indicates that the proposed
development is an appropriate urban scale of development, does not require assessment against the
regulatory provisions and does not trigger referral.

6.2    REGIONAL ECOSYSTEM MAPPING

The site is identified as containing a small area of remnant vegetation that is a least concern regional
ecosystem seen in the figure below.
