Having regard to the existing site development, this mapping appears somewhat inaccurate (refer
vegetation plan based on site contour and detail survey included within attached Landscape Concept
Plans) with no vegetation existing in the mapped area. Accordingly no vegetation will be removed
from the site within the mapped area and the development does not trigger referral.

6.3    PUBLIC PASSENGER TRANSPORT FACILITY

The site is within 400m of a Public Passenger Transport Facility, seen in the figure below. The
development is therefore referrable to the Department of Transport and Main Roads as a Concurrence
Agency.
