MAINTENANCE
Maintenance for each facility is performed in line with established budget allocations, including
any reactive maintenance.
Completed works at the Noosa River Holiday Park include:
  Upgrading of the v-drain and re-sealing of the bitumen access roads; and
  Small amenities block replacement and the large amenities block refurbishment works.

MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT STATUS
         Noosa River Holiday Park – Council resolved in the April 2017 Ordinary Meeting to award a
           new 3 year management services agreement to the current managers. This agreement
           commenced 1 June 2017.
         Noosa North Shore Beach Campground - Council resolved in the April 2019 Ordinary
           Meeting to extend the management services agreement for 11 months, commencing 1 May
           2019 to the current managers. A tender process for the new management services
           agreement is proposed to commence after the 2019/20 Christmas school holiday period.
         Boreen Point Campground – Council resolved in the April 2019 Ordinary Meeting to award
           a new 3 year management services agreement to new providers.

That Council note the report by the Property Manager to the Services & Organisation Committee
Meeting dated 9 April 2019 and authorise the CEO to enter into an interim management
agreement for the Noosa North Shore Campground with Beachfront Caravan Park Pty Ltd for 11
months commencing 1 May 2019.

That Council note the report by the Property Manager to the General Committee Meeting dated
15 April 2019 and:
A.         Award contract 1819T047 to 1Eight Pty Ltd for the Boreen Point Management Services
           Contract for an initial three (3) year period commencing 1 May 2019; and
B.         Authorise the Chief Executive Officer to exercise future options to extend the contract for a
           further 2 x 1 year periods subject to satisfactory performance at Council’s sole discretion.
