Section 7
Section 7 sets out the length of approval. An approval will last for 1 year unless the premises changes owners or
contact person in which case a new application for approval would be required to be submitted. Each year the
owner is required to obtain approval which attracts a fee of $100.
Section 8
There is no renewal for this Local law. As stated above an approval is required every 12 months.
Section 9
Section 9 lists the definitions used throughout the Schedule and are self-explanatory. However, two of note are
explained below.
Code of Conduct — the Code of Conduct is embedded as the whole of section 6 (j) i—viii of Schedule 21A.
Occupant — means persons that occupy the premises including visitors. Therefore that maximum number of
occupants permitted includes the guests and their visitors.
