Issue 20: Driveway Access

         Council recognise that Gympie Terrace is a high-traffic area and are concerned vehicles
         turning right into the subject site from Gympie Terrace may create unsafe traffic conditions.
         Similarly, vehicles turning right from the subject site onto Gympie Terrace may have their
         vision obstructed by a bus parked at the existing bus stop.

Response:
      We have revised our driveway access plan (SCG DRG 32225-OW4.1) to include a left in left out access
      only.
