    Alternative In-Ground Proprietary System
The proposed in-ground proprietary system documented within this report is the
Stormwater360 Stormfilter cartridge system. At the time of preparing this report the
Stormwater360 Stormfilter system is the only system that is approved for use by Noosa
Council. However discussions with council have indicated that an alternative product may be
used if the alternative product does become approved for use. Based on these discussions it is
assumed that subject to their approval, council may accept a change in the proprietary
product used.

                     d. MUSIC Model Results
Using the MUSIC software the treatment train for the catchment areas was designed to
comply with the water quality objectives (WQO). It was determined that the water quality
objectives for the proposed development where met as shown in the table below:

Table 5.5: Stormwater360 Water Quality Treatment Results

As shown by the above results, the proposed stormwater treatment train adopts best practice
stormwater treatment and will achieve the required Water Quality Objectives.

                     e. Stormwater Quantity Management

Noosa Regional Council Policy requires that a development ensure non-worsening of
stormwater flows up to and including Q100 stormwater events. The proposed development
will not have a larger impervious area than the existing developed site and hence will not
require a stormwater detention system to mitigate the effects of any additional runoff.
