1    MCU22/0048 & OPW22/0089 – REPRESENTATIONS TO DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL
     FOR A LANDING AND PRESCRIBED TIDAL WORKS SITUATED AT 222 GYMPIE
     TERRACE, NOOSAVILLE        ON

     That Council note the report by the Development Planner to the Planning & Environment
     Committee Meeting dated 7 February 2023 regarding representations made in relation to
     Application No. MCU22/0048 & OPW22/0089 for a Development Permit for Material Change
     of Use - Landing (Commercial) and Operational Works – Prescribed Tidal Works situated at
     Jetty 222 Gympie Terrace Noosaville and note that the Application has been withdrawn by
     the Applicant.

     FOR COMMERCIAL BUSINESS – TYPE 1 OFFICE, COMMERCIAL BUSINESS – TYPE 2
     MEDICAL & ANCILLARY DWELLING UNIT & RECONFIGURING A LOT – ACCESS
     EASEMENT AT 36 HOFMANN DVE, NOOSAVILLE

     That Council note the report by the Development Planner to the Planning & Environment
     Committee Meeting dated 7 February 2023 regarding Application No. MCU19/0017.03 &
     RAL19/0004.03 to make a minor change to an existing approval for Material Change of Use
     - Ancillary Dwelling Unit, Commercial Business - Type 1 Office, Commercial Business - Type
     2 Medical and Reconfiguration of a Lot – Access Easement situated at 36-40 Hofmann Drive,
     Noosaville and:
     A.   Approve the change and remove the Ancillary Dwelling Unit from the approved list of
          uses.
     B.   Amend conditions 2, 4, 6, 25, 29, 41, 47 and 54 to read as follows:
                 Approved Plans
          2.     Development undertaken in accordance with this approval must generally comply
                 with the approved plans listed within this Decision Notice. The approved plans
                 are listed in the following table unless otherwise amended by these conditions.
