During the course of the appeal, mediation was attended with the Court registrar by all parties,
wherein the submitters sought a number of changes to the proposal plans. Some agreements were
reached by all, with the applicant subsequently offering to resolve the appeal on the basis they
would prepare amended plans.
The proposed amendments to the plans remain generally consistent with the planning scheme and
plans previously approved by Council, with the amended plans increasing the setback of the upper
storey from the internal driveway as indicated in the below section, (including an increased setback
of the upper level roof from 300mm to 1500mm and balustrade from 1200 to 2000mm).
