                 Response:

                 Note: Afflux mapping has been updated since V1 of the report as follows:

                     •    existing scenario has been revised from E03 to E04,
                     •    proposed scenario has been revised from P04 to P06.

                 The existing scenario (E04) includes:

                     •    site survey of 25 Pavilion St, Pomona, prior to development works.
                     •    a design surface of the engineering design at 25 Pavilion St, Pomona

                 SMP-V2 has figures updated with aerial imagery that reflects the recent subdivision at 25 Pavilion Street
                 (now Majestic Drive), showing the subdivision has been considered in the existing scenario.

                 16. Provide additional comment detailing that the submitted Flood Investigation has been conducted using recent
                 survey data of the completed works along 25 Pavilion Street (now Majestic Drive).

                 17. Alternatively, provide an amended Flood Investigation th10tilizesses recent survey data in conjunction with
                 Lidar to more accurately assess the impacts the proposed subdivision works will have on flood depths on external
                 sites. The amended Flood Investigation must be prepared by a suitably qualified person (RPEQ – Registered
                 Professional Engineer of Queensland).

                 Response:

                 The flood investigation has conducted using the design surface supplied by TOD consulting, which 25
                 Pavilion St has been constructed to, and is considered of sufficient accuracy for the purpose of the flood
                 investigation.

                 Provide an updated flood impact assessment and proposal plans which address the following:

                 18. Provide updated proposal plans which show drainage easement overall balance areas of Lot 9 which will
                 remain below the 1%AEP (2100) flood level

                 19. Amend the earthworks design for Lots 8 and 9 such that there is no net loss of floodplainstorage (e.g. provide
                 partial retaining)

                 20. Provide an additional flood afflux map showing the impacts associated with this development only (i.e. not
                 combined impacts with 25 Pavilion St development).

                 18. Figure 2-3 in the report has been added to clarify proposed cut and fill areas in relation to the 1% AEP
                 (Climate change) flood level/
