The WBNM model has been run for events from 1 to 100-year ARI and for durations of 20 minutes to 3
hours. A WBNM catchment lag factor of 1.6 was applied which is within the recommended range. An initial
and continuing loss of 35mm and 2.4mm/hr in line with ARR2019 datahub values. The resulting peak flows
for the critical duration are provided in Table 2-2 for each event at the outlet reporting locations.

                 2.1.2. Rational Method Check
Pre-development peak flows have been checked against peak flows determined using the Rational Method
(RM) for SUB3, as shown in Table 2-3. A time of concentration of 20.6 minutes was determined for SUB3
rational method. It can be seen there is values are generally within ten percent difference across events
assessed, indicating that the WBNM model flows are suitable for use. Refer to Appendix B for a summary of
                 rational method parameters used.
