                 Figure 2-4: 1% (2100) AEP Peak Water Surface Elevation Reporting Locations



                 It is noted that flood levels at 25 Pavilion St for the 1% (2100) AEP are unaffected by the proposal at 33
                 Pavilion St, with exception of the small area of afflux adjacent Lot 10. In this area, water surface elevation
                 has increased from 83.71m AHD to 83.8m AHD. However, this has no impact on Lot 10, 25 Pavilion St, as
                 the 1% AEP Peak Level adjacent the site is consistent with peak level of 85.11m AHD as per previous
                 modelling for 25 Pavilion St (report 21-0166SMP01-V1). The afflux is reasoned to be a small area of
                 instability within the model and is not predicted to be observable in practice.
