                 2.2.7.       Flood Immunity
                 The NSC Planning Scheme identifies the Defined Flood Event, from which freeboard is set is the 1% (2100)
                 AEP flood event. Flood levels around the site for the 1% (2100) AEP are detailed for various reporting
                 locations as shown in Figure 2-4. This shows the proposed new lots are above the 1% (2100) AEP peak flood
                 levels. The peak flood level, minimum finished flood level and proposed lot level is shown in Table 2-12. It
                 is seen that greater than 500mm freeboard is provided to lot. It is recommended that future buildings on
                 each lot achieve a minimum of 500mm freeboard above the regional 1% (2100) AEP flood level.
