    A.   Requiring the on-line booking agencies to provide Councils with property addresses
         so that they can help to ensure properties comply with appropriate planning schemes
         and rating requirements appropriately rate the properties and ensure appropriate
         compliance with town planning scheme requirements;
    B.   Consideration of the long-term impact on local communities including the availability
         of rental accommodation stock, impact on housing affordability, impact on local
         amenity and potential impact on existing tourism properties.”




7   NOOSA COUNCIL SIGNAGE POLICY
    That Council note the report by the Acting Infrastructure Planning, Design & Deliver
    Manager to the General Committee Meeting dated 14 August 2017 and adopt the Noosa
    Signage Policy provided at Attachment 1 with the following change to Page 1, Paragraph 3
    of the Policy:
        replace the words “guidance and procedures” with “direction”.

    Meeting dated 14 August 2017 and:

    B.   Award tender 1617T113 for Cleaning of Public Open Space and Amenities for an
         initial period of three (3) years, with options to extend the contract for three (3) terms
         of up to twelve (12) months each. Options to extend will be at Council’s sole
         discretion and subject to Council’s review of Contractor performance under the
         Contract and proposed pricing.




9   ASSESSMENT OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR A COMMERCIAL HIGH USE
    PERMIT (1718E013) - BEACH MASSAGE
    That Council note the report by the Property Manager to the General Committee Meeting
    dated 14 August 2017 and issue a Commercial High Use Permit to Amanda Obara to
    conduct beach massage activities on Noosa Main Beach for the period 1 September 2017 -
    30 June 2020.
