10   ASSESSMENT OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR COMMUNITY ACTIVATION OF
     LOT 5 LOWER MILL ROAD, COOROY (1617E131)
     Cr Pardon declared a material personal interest in this matter (as defined in section 172 of the Local
     Government Act 2009) as he is a Director of Cooroy Farmers and Artisans Market Pty Ltd who have
     submitted an application to run a community market on the site. Cr Pardon left the meeting room for the
     debate and decision on this matter.
     That Council note the report by the Property Advisor to the General Committee Meeting
     dated 14 August 2017 and agree to issue a Community Market Permit to Cooroy Farmers
     and Artisans Market Pty Ltd as detailed in the report.




Recommendation

The General Committee recommendations dated 14 August 2017 be adopted except where dealt
with or held over by separate resolution.
