3.1   Access Arrangements

Vehicle access to the site will be provided from two separate driveways from Maple
Street. The northern access provides direct and convenient access to the basement
carpark with 37 car parking spaces and 7 spaces including 1 disables space at the street
level. The southern access will be exit only. Provision for a combined van space and
SRV space is provided and a standalone Ambulance bay has also been accommodated
close to the building entrance. Providing two access driveways allows safe access for
service and emergency vehicles and also allows for safe drop off and pick up of
patients.

A new pedestrian footpath will be constructed along the frontage with safe
connections into the site.
