2. The future car parking areas identified on the approved plans are not subject to this
approval.

3. All vegetation shall be retained, and the landscape rehabilitated and restored in
accordance with approved Conservation Precinct and Ecological Restoration Technical
Reports pursuant to the Noosa North Shore Eco-Tourism Portal Development Code, and
include at a minimum:-
