                                                           The rear fence will be retained.          All
                                                           existing planting will be maintained as
                                                           necessary to protect and enhance the
                                                           existing character and scenic amenity of
                                                           the coastal protection area. The exterior
                                                           building facade will reflect the surrounding
                                                           natural landscape. No further assessment
                                                           is required.
