A - Further Advice Notice

                 Advice Required
                 An amended proposal which provides for one crossover/access point to the site.
                 Issue
                 The proposed 1.2 metre footpath does not comply with Council’s requirements.
                 Advice Required
                 A 1.8m wide path is required.


                 Please note that due to the above concerns if the application is to be determined in its current
                 form it will not be recommended for approval. Furthermore, due to the modifications sought it
                 is not appropriate to issue a conditional approval.


                 3.      DUE DATE FOR RESPONSE TO FURTHER ADVICE

                 A response to the further advice is required by 7 October 2020. It is noted that this date is past
                 the decision due date and accordingly it is requested that the clock is stopped to allow for the
                 above matters to be addressed.
