         C.   Advise submitters of Council’s decision to proceed with the proposed LGIP in
              accordance with items A and B above;
         D.   Engage the Appointed Independent Reviewer to conduct a second compliance
              check of the proposed LGIP (v2) in accordance with the statutory guideline for
              LGIP’s; and
         E.   On receiving the Appointed Independent Reviewer’s completed checklist and
              written statement, request the Chief Executive Officer to write to the Minister for
              State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning requesting
              approval for Council to adopt the proposed LGIP (v2) amendment to the Noosa
              Plan 2006.
