Ifyou answered "YES" to Q12, the application
triggers referral to the Port Authority.

The Port Authority is a concurrence agency if the
development is -

within 200m of a shipping channel or an entry
and exit shipping corridor for the part

within 1000m of a swing basin, a commercial
shipping wharf, a mooring, anchorage or spoil|
grounds;

within 1000m of a planned port facility
identified in a land use plan approved under
the Transport infrastructure Act 1994,

in all other situation the Port Authority is an
advice agency.

Marinas

goverment is the assessment manager for all
prescribed tidal work.
