over an area greater than 2500m2.

assessable under a planning scheme (not associated with a material change of use
mentioned in (i) or reconfiguring a lot mentioned in (ii) above) that is not for a domestic activity
and will result in -
LJ (a) clearing of native vegetation over an area greater than 2500m?;
(1 (b) extracting gravel, rock or sand from an area greater than 5000m?;
O(c) excavating or filling an area greater than 5000m?.
