development permit is not required, or if a
required permit is held, the application must be
assessed against and must comply with the Wild
Rivers Code. Appiications for purposes other
than specified works or as described above will
not be accepted.

Ifyou answered NO at Q5 and ticked box iii) in
Q6, the application may be made If the works are
ina PA. These applications must be assessed
against and must comply with the Wild Rivers
Coda. The application will not be accepted if the
development is proposed to be located in a HPA.

Residential, commercial or industrial
development

not subject to wild river requirements. Provided
there are no other aspects of this development
