24.03 | Chief Power, as occupier of the land, to: Section 145E Fire
Executive (b) take all reasonable steps to extinguish or control the | Services Act 1990
Officer fire; and
(c) report the existence and location of the fire to a person
identified in subsection 145E(b).
24.04 | Chief Power, as occupier of land, to: Section 145F(1) Fire
othcer (c) enter the land on which the fire is burning and any other services Act 1290
cer land in order to gain access to the land where the fire is
burning; and
(d) take on to the land, equipment for extinguishing or
controlling the fire; and
(e) take all reasonable measures to extinguish or control
the fire.
