35.42 Chief Power, as trustee, to:- Section 48 Land Act
Executive (a) comply with a request of the chief executive to apply for | 4994
Officer the approval of a management plan for the trust land;
and
(b) comply with a request of the chief executive to make alll
records available for inspection by the chief executive
and allow copies and notes of the records to be made;
(c) register any management plan in the appropriate
register
35.43 | Chief Power, as trustee, to:- Section 49 Land Act
Executive (a) allow the auditor-general, a person mentioned in | 1994
Officer section 47(1)(a) to (d), or a person authorised by the
chief executive of a department, to audit the trust’s
financial accounts; and
(b) help the conduct of the audit, including the disclosure of
financial institution accounts necessary for the audit.
