               1.     PROPOSAL
               The application seeks approval for a Material Change of Use - Dwelling house. As shown in the
               submitted proposal plans, the applicant proposes extensions to the existing church that includes a
               new deck and patio. In addition to these proposed additions, a there is a proposed secondary
               dwelling and shed. The proposed secondary dwelling has a gross floor area of 65m2. To service
               the development, a compacted graven driveway/crossover is proposed from Grady Street.
               The locality and proposal plan are included below.
