Any Lessee fit-out works to be approved by the
Lessor before any works can commence. The Lessee
will forward indicative plans and a copy of the
Development Application for the Lessor’s review and
consent, such consent cannot be unreasonably
withheld.

The Lessor must either consent or refuse consent
within ten (10) business days of receipt of the
Lessee’s written request for consent. If the Lessor
refuses consent it must provide in writing the reasons
for such refusal.

The Lessee will be entitled to erect its signage on the
fabric of the tenancy, subject to Lessor consent
(which is not to be unreasonably withheld) and local
authority planning approval.

Requirements: 1 x Top Position Illuminated Pylon
Sign, 1 x Under Awning Illuminated Sign, 1 x Fascia
Illuminated Awning Sign, & 2 x NightOwl External
Promotional Lightboards to the shop-front.
