Attachment 1 - Stormwater Management Plan
Plans and drawings
This document appears to be plans or drawings. Its page text below holds only the words printed on the drawings, without the drawings themselves, so it may be jumbled or hard to follow. To see the plans as drawn, choose Original above or download the file (both need you to log in).
Log in to see the plans as drawn As the total peak flows are equal to or below the existing site conditions, the development
suitably controls the peak flow storm events from the development.
4. STORMWATER QUALITY
The following sections discuss the stormwater quality considerations for the construction
and operational phase of the development. Refer to Appendix A Proposed Development
Plans for the proposed stormwater drainage layout plan.

4.1.1 Erosion and Sediment Control Measures
During construction, it will be necessary to manage stormwater run-off to avoid potential
contamination of downstream waterways from sediments and other pollutants from the site.
Best practice erosion and sediment controls shall be installed to minimise the discharge of
potential contaminants from the site, in accordance with the objectives of Appendix 2 of the
SPP (DERM, July 2017) shown below in Figure 4.1.
