PLANNING & ORGANISATION COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA                                  17 JUNE 2014


At its meeting on 29 May, the Council requested the CEO to develop a proposed implementation
plan and also to commence implementation and transition to the proposed Noosa Biosphere
Reserve Management Model. The appointment of the CEO as the the representative of Council
to exercise all or any of the powers the Council may exercise will assist in that process.

The CEO will not exercise those powers without reference to Councillors as part of the transtion
process.
