                        Statistics Catalogue 6401.0 Consumer Price Index, Australian Table 1B CPI All
                        Groups, Index Numbers (Quarter) (a) for Brisbane using a base time of June 2006;
                        and/or

                  b)    in the cost of land; and/or

                  c)    in the cost of construction including labour and materials.

          6.4     Rates will be reviewed by Council from time to time.

           Amendments to this policy were adopted by Council on 29 January 2007. This policy was
           originally adopted by Council on 3 November 2005 and effective 3 February 2006. It is based ona
           superseded planning scheme policy dating back to 1994.
