               2.4. Surrounding Land Uses
               The surrounding area comprises the following;

               North:     Gympie Terrace and the Noosa River foreshore and boat ramp.
               East:      Albert Steet, ‘Mariners Reef’ (three storey) 213 Gympie Terrace and a Noosa Council car
                          park.
