                GYMPIE TERRACE PTY LTD ACN 163 150 409 of c/- P&E Law, Suite 4, 59 The Esplanade,
                Maroochydore, Queensland, appeals to the Planning and Environment Court under section
                229 of the Planning Act 2016 (Ql\d) (the PA) against certain conditions of the Respondent's
                approval of the Appellant’s application for a Material Change of Use — Food and drink outlet
                and Short-term accommodation (16 units) (the Development) on land at 203-207 Gympie
                Terrace, Noosaville in the State of Queensland and described as Lot 7 on RP 347727 and Lot 2
                on RP 138699 (the Premises).
                The Appellant seeks the following orders or other relief:
                       1    The appeal be allowed;
                       2    The impugned conditions of the approval be amended or deleted; and
                       3    Such further or other orders as this Honourable Court considers appropriate.

                The grounds of appeal are:
                 Description of the land
                 1     The Premises:
