         HOLD POINTS


 Grading

  10     On-Grade subsoil drainage installed and tested prior to backfilling.

  11     Pavement areas compacted prior to spreading base material.

  12     Planters clean of all rubbish and construction debris prior to soil placement.


 Planting

  13     Written confirmation from nurseries that any plant stock located within
         shade houses have been relocated to allow for full sun hardening 4 weeks
         prior to delivery date
  14     Cultivated subgrade to all turf and planting areas to specified depths.

  15     Site fencing installed to exclude all site traffic from cultivated areas. Ensure
         no cultivated areas are recompacted by site traffic. This is critical to ensure
         long term plant growth success.
  16     Plants / transplant when delivered to site, prior to being unloaded from the
         truck Contractor to check for transport related damage, plant form and
         suitability for installation.
