Approved Plan - Landscape Specification prepared by URBIS - OPW24/0110
4. CRITICAL HOLD POINTS
The Contractor must request the Landscape Architect to attend inspections or provide approval at the
required critical hold points noted in this document. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to adequately notify
the Landscape Architect.
Sufficient allowance of timing needs to be provided for to allow for rejection of works and re-work or re-
ordering of materials, to then not affect the overall project delivery timeframes.
Lead times for ordering of all components in addition to and allowing for hold point inspections or shop
drawing reviews must be organised by the Contractor.
Any failure to co-ordinate these points resulting in delays, or demolition and re-construction of works,
extension of maintenance periods or ability for handover certification to be undertaken, are the responsibility
of the Contractor.
