No sub-staging, separable portions or trade packages have been allowed for during documentation or
construction. It is assumed that the landscape set is suitable for trade packages purposes.
No allowance has been made for changes to the plant schedules or drawings, nor for updated client / approval
authority approvals or contractor liaison arising from lack of early plant procurement by the contractor, leading
to unavailability of specified trees or plants. This work will be done on hourly rate basis, payable by the Head
Contractor.
No allowance has been made for us to make modifications to our CAD (2D) or Revit (3D) documentation during
construction based on site changes, or updates from other consultants for example. It is assumed that any
changes will be captured as part of the “As-constructed” scope.
No allowance has been made to attend regular site co-ordination meetings. If these meetings align with the
above listed site inspections, the Landscape Architect will assess if attendance is required.
If additional inspections to those listed above are required due to incorrectly installed works, or failure
to order materials and plant stock, or to maintain the completed works sufficiently to achieve
handover, the costs for additional Landscape Architects inspections are to the responsibility of the
Contractor / Head Contractor.
