End of Establishment Maintenance Inspection
Four months prior to the agreed end of establishment period the Contractor, the Landscape Architect and the
Superintendent shall carry out a joint Inspection to ensure all landscape works are maintained as agreed.
Items identified requiring attention, during the inspection are to be addressed immediately or as agreed.
Quality Control Inspection
Two weeks prior to the agreed end of establishment period the Contractor and the Landscape Architect shall
carry out an Inspection to ensure all landscape works are ready for the hand-over.
Items identified requiring attention, during the inspection are to be addressed immediately.
Handover
At the end of establishment period the Contractor, the Landscape Architect and the Superintendent shall
carry out a joint Inspection to ensure all landscape works are maintained and cleaned to the client’s
expectation.
Prior to the Handover the Contractor must provide the certificates below to the Superintendent:
• Arborist certification that all trees and palms in public land have been inspected and rectification works
for public safety and longevity of the tree/s have been completed.
• Prove of completion of all maintenance works which were required within the 52 weeks period by the
manufacturers recommendation.
