RECOMMENDATION
That Council note the report by the Executive Manager to the Services & Organisation
Committee Meeting dated 10 May 2016 providing an update on operations of the Executive
Office for the period 1 January 2016 to 31 March 2016.


REPORT
The purpose of this report is to inform Council of the progress of various initiatives and programs
of the Executive Office which includes the following functions:

                       Sustainability
                       Customer Service
                       Governance
                       Human Resources
                       Community Engagement
                       Economic Development Officer

The following table provides an update on the activities undertaken in the Executive Office during
the period 1 January to 31 March 2016.
