Dear Scott,
RE: Traffic Engineering Response to SCRC Information Request – MCU, Noosa Junction
1. Introduction
TTM have been engaged by Coles Group Property Developments Ltd to provide a traffic engineering
response to items in an Information Request from Sunshine Coast Regional Council. This letter also
provides response to Council’s Additional Information Request (traffic) and a DTMR Information
Request.
The items to which TTM are responding relate to parking demands, traffic impacts and urban design
primarily relating to pedestrian, cyclist and public transport infrastructure. This response will reference
TTM’s Traffic Report (12SCT0068Trep130424S2) which was lodged with the development
application. TTM’s response to individual traffic issues is as follows:
2. Demonstrate how Lot A can be developed individually including the provision of all access

Lots D and E (IR Item 18).
