       Re:      Superseded Reconfiguration of a Lot Application – 1 lot into a 12 lots
                subdivision
       At:      111 Lake Weyba Drive
       For:     Linke and Linke Surveys Pty Ltd


With reference to the abovementioned project, please find enclosed the following documentation in
support of a Reconfiguration of a Lot Application (RAL) for a one (1) lot into twelve (12) lots
subdivision at 111 Lake Weyba Drive Noosaville on Lot 4 RP36729 under the Superseded
Planning Scheme, being The Noosa Plan.

At present there is a RAL application lodged over the site (RAL20/0015) for one (1) into twelve (12)
lots. The application currently lodged with Council is currently in the response to the information
request stage and the clock has been stopped. State have issued a concurrence agency approval
with conditions.

This superseded application is the same as that currently being assessed by Council, therefore the
responses to Council’s information request dated 27th August 2020 are relevant and are included
with this application. The only difference with this application is that it is being assessed under the
Superseded Planning Scheme provisions.

In relation to the existing application, considering Council have previously reviewed the majority of
the application and issued an information request, we request Council to commence review of the
material submitted in response to Council Information Request and commence the final
assessment of the application. Council have reviewed all the original material lodged with this
application under RAL20/0015, the only new material provided is that provided in response to
Councils information request. The Town Planning Report by Murray and Associates has been
updated to refer to the application being assessed under The Noosa Plan, however there are no
changes with regards to lot size or the relevant overlays.

It is understood the new superseded application will trigger the same referral, being
Reconfiguration of a Lot within a coastal management district. The application will be referred upon
receipt of the confirmation notice. Given no changes have been made, State have indicated that
the application will be assessed as soon as possible.
