The application is not referrable for koala habitat. The area of koala habitat mapped vegetation to
be cleared can be done so under exemptions as confirmed by State. Refer to advice from State
included with the application. There is a referral for being within the Coastal Management District,
this is identified on DA Form 1.
We understand the fee for the Reconfiguration of a Lot application (RAL) for 1 lot into 12 lots is
$19,438.00 based upon Council’s Fees and Charges register. Given this application is the same
application as the current RAL currently being assessed by Council, but lodged as a superseded
application, we request Council transfer the fees from RAL20/0015 to this application. RAL20/0015
will subsequently be withdrawn when this application is considered properly made. The only new
material for Council to assess is that provided within the information request response letter and
attachments.
