Rainwater tanks will be required to supply potable water to any new dwelling on the newly created lot 2.
The size and number of tanks will be the subject of any future building application.



5. Conclusions and Recommendations
The details contained in this report demonstrate that the proposed development can be serviced and
designed to meet Council engineering design standards.
