There are residences located to the northwest across Ferrells Road. A golf course is located across
Myall Street to the northeast and the Bruce Highway (off ramp) is adjacent to the southwestern site
boundary.

The following hours of operation are proposed for the various commercial uses:

         Service Station - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
         Fast food – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (Deliveries 7:00 am to 10:00 pm)
         Self Storage units – 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, 7 days a week
         Carwash – 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, 7 days a week
