Item ‘2a’: Provide a preliminary stormwater design for the proposed development. The design and
section must be prepared by a suitably qualified person (Registered Professional Engineer of
Queensland) and be in accordance with the recommendations of the site specific geotechnical report

Applicant’s Response to Item ‘2a’: Please refer to Attachment C which includes a Stormwater
Management Plan for the site.


Item 3: Amended plans which remove the raised walkway and associated structures.

Applicant’s Response to Item 3: Please refer to Attachment D which provides amended architectural
plans that detail removal of the raised walkway.


Item 4: Amended plans demonstrating a maximum site cover of 40% for the ground floor.

Applicant’s Response to Item 4: The project architect has advised that the revised floor plans comply
with site cover requirements and exclude eaves and the pool as it is less than 1m above the ground.


The applicant considers that they have now responded to Council’s information request and withdraw the
Notice stopping the information request period. The Decision Making Period has therefore commenced and
we request that your Council proceeds with its assessment of the application as soon as possible in
accordance with the Planning Act 2016.
