For further details, refer to Figure 3 — Aerial Photograph and Figure 5 — Zoning Map. 3.2.10 Existing Approvals The site is affected by a number of current uses and approvals. The development approval for Noosa Civic Stage One comprises a Negotiated Decision Notice issued by Noosa Shire Council on 14 August 2003, as amended on 17 March 2005 and 13 April 2006. A development approval was issued by Noosa Shire Council in 2007 for a Development Permit for Operational Work (Advertising Pylon Signs) (Council Ref. 2006/0893). The approval authorised the erection of advertising pylon signs on site, being Entrance Pylon Signs (10m) and a Showroom Pylon Sign (5m). The signs have been constructed on site.
