Shortterm accommodation: Shortterm accommodation does not:
(a) does not impact on the quantum of residential (a) constitute a party house;

(v) the residential function and arrangement of
common property;
(vi) the impact on the safety and efficiency of the
local road network;
(vii) the impact of waste storage areas on the visual
amenity of the area or sensitive land uses;
(viii) the location of the waste storage in relation to
sensitive land uses; and
(ix) any impact on shared vehicular access or
parking.
