PO40 AO40.1
Mixeduse buildings are designed and operated to ensure: Dwellings are designed to incorporate suitable noise

AO40.3
Dwellings provide:
(a) clearly identify private residential space by using
features such as low walls, changes in surface texture
or other landscape treatments; and
(b) private open space or an open balcony directly
accessible from a habitable room with:
(i) a minimum area of 9m²,
(ii) a minimum dimension of 2.5 metres; and
(iii) is clear of any utilities such as gas, water tanks
and air conditioning units.
