Development: If in the Noosaville Mainstreet Precinct development ensures
(a) presents a particularly high quality streetscape with that the ground storey level of development:
design elements and building forms that: (a) provides a fine scale built form;
(i) contribute to the creation of an attractive, (b) incorporates shopfronts with at least 50% transparent
contemporary coastal built form that defines rather glazing to provide pedestrian interest and promote active
